Purpose
This policy aims to ensure the effective protection and management of the company’s intellectual property (IP), safeguard the legal rights of the company and its employees in the innovation and development process, and promote the continuous advancement of the company’s technologies and services.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees of the company, including full-time, part-time, contract workers, and any other forms of employment.
Ownership of Intellectual Property

This applies regardless of whether such intellectual property is granted patents, copyrights, trademark rights, or any other form of IP protection. The company shall act as the rights holder, applicant, or registrant of these intellectual property rights.

- Confidentiality Obligations: Unless required for job-related purposes, employees shall not disclose, share, deliver, or provide any intellectual property or trade secrets owned by the company or its clients to any third party without prior written consent. This obligation applies during employment and for two years after termination.
Intellectual Property Application and Management
- Patent Applications: Any new technology, service architecture, or trademark developed by the company shall be promptly filed for a patent under the company’s name upon completion of development.
- Copyright Registration: In the case of software copyrights, registration and secure storage with a neutral third party shall be conducted to establish credibility.
